1 向人借钱的人，称为「借方」。
2 簿记上收入项的通称。与「贷方」对称。帐簿设有左右两个金额栏，左方称为「借方」，右方称为「贷方」。借方记载资产的增加，贷方记载支出的项目。也称为「收方」、「借项」。
