1 人名。（西元前390？～前338）姓公孙，名鞅，战国时卫人。少好刑名法术之学，初为魏相公叔痤家臣，后入秦为相，说服秦孝公推行新法，秦国富强后，受封于商。用法严苛，树敌众多，孝公卒，遂被车裂而死。也称为「卫鞅」。
