1 佛教徒在一定的仪式下接受戒律，如五戒、沙弥戒、菩萨戒等。唐．姚合〈赠卢沙弥小师〉诗：「年小未受戒，会解如老师。」《初刻拍案惊奇．卷一九》：「只见新来受戒的弟子数十人，俱净发鲜披，威仪雍容，列侍师之左右。」
