1 春日到野外郊游。古时踏青的日子因各地习俗不同而有差异，后世多以清明节前后出游为踏青，故清明节也称为「踏青节」。金．吴激〈浣溪沙．绣馆人人倦踏〉青词：「绣馆人人倦踏青，粉垣深处簸钱声。」《幼学琼林．卷一．岁时类》：「三月上踏青之鞋，于今不改。」
