1 沿袭和变革。指称事物变迁的过程。南朝陈．徐陵〈与齐尚书仆射杨遵彦书〉：「至于礼沿革，刑政宽猛，讴歌已远，万舞成风。」《隋书．卷二．高祖纪下》：「自古哲王，因人作法，前帝后帝，沿革随时。」也作「沿改」。
