1 植物名。薯蓣科薯蓣属，多年生蔓草。茎高一公尺，柔软有节，形似藤，但非藤。叶大呈掌状，开细白花，其根外褐内黄赤色。主治恶肿疮瘘、蛇犬咬毒等症状。《说文解字．艸部》：「蘦，大苦也。」
