1 古时天子颁布的政令，诸侯受而行之。《公羊传．文公六年》：「不告月者何？不告朔也」句下汉．何休．解诂：「礼，诸侯受十二日朔政于天子，藏于太祖庙。每月朔朝庙，使大夫南面奉天子命，君北面而受之。」
