1 古代的一种刑罚，在犯人脸上刺字涂墨。后亦用于奴婢、士兵，以防其逃跑。《史记．卷六五．孙子吴起传》：「膑至，庞涓恐其贤于己，疾之，则以法刑断其两足而黥之，欲隐勿见。」《南史．卷五一．梁宗室传上．临川靖惠王宏传》：「蓄奴僮数百，皆黥其面。」
