病名。因中枢神经系统慢性退化而引起的疾病，由英人巴金松(parkinson）发现。主要特征为弯腰曲背、行动缓慢、面部呆板、言语含糊不清及双手震颤。也称为「柏金森氏病」、「帕金森氏症」、「颤瘫」、「震颤麻痺」。
