1 商代人占卜时刻于龟甲、兽骨上的文字，清光绪二十五年在河南省安阳县小屯村陆续发现，为中国有实物可证的最早文字。也称为「卜辞」、「龟甲文字」、「契文」、「贞卜文字」、「殷契」、「殷墟卜辞」、「殷墟书契」、「殷墟文字」。
