What services do you offer?
你们提供哪些服务？

We provide group tuition classes at our center at Pioneer (opposite Pioneer Mall) in the West of Singapore, focusing on the MOE (Singapore Ministry of Education) Primary Chinese aiming for PSLE exams.
我们的中心在新加坡西部的先驱（先驱商场对面），提供小组补习班，重点针对MOE（新加坡教育部）的小学华文课程，目标是在 PSLE（小学离校考试）。

What benefits will my child receive?

We will guide your child to effectively manage their studies and achieve success in their examinations.
我们将指导您的孩子有效地开展学习，并在考试中考取佳绩。

Is your program comprehensive?
你们的课程内容全面吗？

Yes. Our program comprehensively covers aspects for both Chinese and Higher Chinese (MOE Primary) PSLE exams. Oral, listening, and composition skills are included and emphasized at different stages. Note: Foundation Chinese is to be discussed on request.

What are the fees?
费用情况如何？

There are no registration, deposit, management or material fees. Please refer to our pricing table for the standard tuition rates. We request 2 day's advance notice for any absences and one month's advance notice if you wish to discontinue tuition. Absent classes, if not made up, will not be charged at a maximum of once a term (however, we encourage consistent attendance to ensure staying on track).
不收取注册费、押金、管理费或材料费。请参考价格表了解标准补习费率。如有缺席，请提两天通知；如果您想停止补习，请提前一个月通知。缺席的课程可能不会补回也不会收费，一个学期最多一次（但是，我们建议保证出席，以确保学习进度）。

What will my child's experience be like at your center?

• Adaptive Learning: Our learning program is designed to be engaging without being overwhelming, and is largely tailored to suit the needs of most students, providing challenges without frustration.

• Digitized Approach: We utilize a data-driven approach to help students reach their full potential. Tablets are often used in class as personalized learning tools, and accounts for the learning system can be accessed both in and outside of class.

• Character Development: We occasionally incorporate discussions on manners to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

What are your educational principles and strategies?

• Learn Focus: Building on Mr Lee Kuan Yew’s "Teach Less, Learn More" principle, our approach is focused and strategic. We adhere to the MOE syllabus standards range which is crucial for exam success, avoiding overwhelming students with overly complex or difficult material which are beyond the syllabus range. 
  专学 (zhuān xué)：在李光耀先生“少教多学”原则的基础上，我们采用专注和策略性的方法。我们坚持教育部课程大纲标准范围，l因其对于考试成功至关重；而避免采用超出大纲范围的过于复杂或困难的材料让学生花时间承受不必要的压力。
• In-Depth Understanding: As we focus on the MOE syllabus which is directly aligned with the PSLE exam, we provide in-depth instruction and intensive practice. This approach emphasizes proficiency and mastery of the knowledge for achieving high scores.
  精学 (jīng xué)：由于教育部课程大纲与小学离校考试直接相关，我们专注于大纲，并提供对课程知识的深入的指导和强化练习。这种方法强调精通掌握知识，从而以取得高分。
• Individualized Instruction: We believe in the importance of tailoring our teaching to each child's unique needs. Standard class sizes are limited to a maximum of six students. Students of the same age may be placed in different classes, and learners within the same class may receive differentiated assignments. Instruction is personalized based not only on age but also on each student’s existing knowledge.
  因材施教 (yīn cái shī jiào)：我们尊祟根据每个孩子不同情况来调整教学的重要性。标准的班级人数限制为最多六名学生。同龄学生可能会被安排在不同的班级，同一班级的学习者可能会收到不同的功课。教学的区分不仅是基于年龄，还基于每个学生现有的知识水平。
• Learning Through Teaching: We encourage peer-to-peer learning and teaching within class interactions. By explaining concepts to their peers, students solidify their own understanding and consolidate their knowledge.
  教学相长 (jiào xué xiāng zhǎng)：我们鼓励课堂互动中的学生之间的互教互学。通过向同伴解释概念，学生可以巩固理解并系统化自己的知识。

Do you offer online classes?
你们提供在线课程吗？

No, we do not typically offer online (remote) classes in order to maintain the quality of instruction.
否，我们通常不提供在线（远程）的课程，以保障教学质量。

Do I need to assist my child with tuition homework?
孩子做补习功课时，需要家长帮助吗？

No. Homework is generally optional and not compulsory. We will provide optional homework to selected children to enhance their learning. No parental assistance is required.
不需要。家庭功课通常是可选的，而不是强制性的。我们会为部分孩子提供可选的家庭功课，以加强他们的学习效果。功课并不需要父母的帮助。

What equipment should I prepare for the tuition class?
我应该为补习班准备什么设备？

The child please grab a good sleep before the day of class. Please bring a pencil case and a water bottle to class. While not required, a tablet, smartphone or computer with internet access at home is recommended for optional homework.
孩子请在课前的晚上睡好觉。上课时，请带上铅笔盒和水壶。虽然并不必须，但建议在家中准备平板电脑、手机或电脑来做（可选的）功课。
